Refund policy for online Specializing Masters

Please note that:
  • A request for a refund will be considered as a withdrawal from the master for the academic
    year of admission.
  • Deferral requests will not be accepted. If you wish to be considered for another academic year, you will have to submit a new application.

Refundable amount:
A refund for administrative fees of € 400* will be subtracted from the amount that has been paid.

You can request for it if:
You have reserved a place in one of our master programmes for the academic year 2025/26, by paying the first instalment of the tuition fees and if any of the following circumstances occur:

  1. in the case of death of a close family member (parent, sibling, spouse or child).
  2. You were “conditionally accepted” and you do not meet the academic conditions set for admission.

Refund requests submitted following one of the events listed above will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by a dedicated commission. All refund requests will need to be formally submitted with supporting evidence.

Under no circumstance will a refund be granted if: you have formally enrolled and started the programme.
