First step – Acknowledgement Once e-nominated by your home institution, you will receive an email with a link to complete the UCSC Cattolica Online Application. The following documents are required: One passport-size photos (3x4cm) ID document/Passport (scanned copy) Learning Agreement/Course Request List containing your planned courses in our institution Most recent Transcripts of Records obtained in your current year of study. Italian Language Proficiency Report completed from you and from your language instructor English proficiency certificate Second step – Acceptance Upon receipt of your application and the enclosed additional required documents, UCSC International will process the documentation. Third step – Information Admitted students will start receiving information regarding their stay at Cattolica via e-mail within one month upon submission of their application. Fourth step – Course Registration Your learning agreement or course request list is your first indication of what you intend to study at Cattolica.
Students can create their own Study Plan by selecting courses from either of the two curricula: Cattolica International Curriculum The duration of Cattolica International Curriculum courses is one semester. The International Curriculum courses are elective courses within the Facoltà di Scienze Linguistiche e Letterature Straniere. The Cattolica International Curriculum has been created specifically for international students only and courses are formulated to have an international teaching approach. The curriculum is managed by the Cattolica International department, and this means that it operates in a different way to the wider Cattolica Academic Curriculum. When you enrolled at Cattolica you were given a code similar to the Fiscal Code, however, this code was automatically generated by our systems and is not the official code issued by the Italian Tax Authority and therefore is not valid for use in the transactions listed above. You can obtain your official fiscal code either from: the Italian Embassy or Consulate Office in your home country prior to your departure (you can search here for the one nearest to you) directly from the Agenzie delle Entrate once you arrive in Rome.

Optional documents: Permit of stay Fiscal Code Language Proficiency for Italian : compulsory if you are planning on taking courses in Italian at Cattolica. Course selection This section refers to the courses you can select at Cattolica. To select courses from the Cattolica International Curriculum Click the yellow “UPLOAD” button (with a plus sign) on the top right Type the course code and then click on SEARCH. When the list of courses appears, if you click on the magnifying glass at the top right of the page you can type the title of the course or at least one keyword. Click ‘Continue’ to select courses from the other 3 pages for Course Selection. You can select courses from this curriculum after checking the academic offer from this curriculum by reading the section on section Courses and Programme dates. To add courses from the Academic Curriculum, in the application portal see below: Click the yellow “UPLOAD” button (with a plus sign) Type the course code and then click on SEARCH.
