Depending on demand and availability at the above apartments, additional placements may be made in other apartments operated by partnering organisations. Should places no longer be available, MIL Service may offer a placement at another apartment at similar conditions. 
 

Cost

Housing costs may vary depending on programme and/or per agreement with the student’s home institution, if applicable. Students will be sent relevant cost information when invited by International Student Services to submit a booking request or application.

• Monthly cleaning service
• Set of bed linen (two sheets and one pillow case), blanket or comforter and towels (one big and one small)
• Utilities (gas / water / electricity) *
• Basic kitchen appliances, items commensurate on number of tenants
• Air Conditioning if available, activation according to municipal law
• Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher if available

* consumption of energy is regulated in line with the law. A limit to its usage will be specified in the contract.

Additional services at additional cost

• Airport pickup from the airport on official arrival day at specific time: 10.00, 13.00 and 16.00 (TBC)
• Laundry room coin operated, if available
