The Cattolica International Staff will evaluate your application and will contact you via email if further information or different documentation is needed.

If the international staff asks you for further documents, you should re-enter the enrolment portal to upload them. When you log in, click on the document icon in the white box on the left.

Once your enrolment is finalised, you will receive an email inviting you to re-enter the Enrolment Portal and download your Admission Letter (also known as acceptance/invitation letter). When you enter the portal, press on PRINT to download the document.

• Access to campus facilities (students’ restaurant, libraries, health center, etc).

• Orientation 
• Welcome activities and welcome lunch

  
The fees do not include:

Travel expenses, accommodation, local transportation, and meals.

 

Refund policy

• Refund policy In case of withdrawal before April 15h: the tuition fee will be reimbursed (except for the 80€ enrolment fee)
• In case of withdrawal up until 16 days before June 8th: a cancellation fee of € 500 is withheld
• In case of withdrawal 15 calendar days or less before June 8th: 50% of the tuition fee is withheld (should students be enrolled in more than one course, this policy applies to the full amount paid, not just for the first course)
• In case of withdrawal after June 8th: no refunds possible
