Checklist for Students: From Application to Arrival
- Your University nominates you to study at Cattolica. Cattolica sends you the application link via email. You set up your account password and enter the application portal, upload all the required documents and select your courses. Cattolica reviews your application and lets you know if anything is missing.

- Non-EU students apply for a study VISA. Students must first complete the Universitaly application!
- Organise your housing and book your flight / organise transport to arrive in Milan by the date on your admission letter.
- Check your emails for info regarding International Curriculum Online Registration (in July for the Fall and December for the Spring). You must complete the Online Registration if you selected International Curriculum courses. No registration is needed for the Academic Curriculum courses; we will explain how to add or change courses during the Orientation Event.

Cattolica Communications
*your email address is made up of the username you used for the application portal*
You will receive University communications on both your iCatt email and your personal email accounts so remember to check both!
Read instructions on how to access your email.
In case you need to reset your password for your email account, you must do so from your iCatt login page. You will need to use the automatically generated fiscal code that was sent to you in the first email that you received from the iam_noreply email account with your login credentials.
Orientation Event
There will be a series of events in which you can hear specific information about the courses, exams, university buildings and everything in between! Of course, there will also be time dedicated to socialising with your new classmates over the infamous Cattolica International welcome buffet!
The orientation event that you should attend depends on when your courses begin. The start date of your study abroad is indicated on your admission letter, and the orientation event is always the day after the start date on your admission letter.
The orientation events for the Spring semester are:
- Special orientation event: 20 December 2024. This online session is exclusively for those attending 2nd Trimester courses (Faculty of Economics in English). Students will receive a specific link to connect online with International Student Services Staff.

- Orientation event 2: 18 - 20 February, 2025
You will be sent an email with the invitation to your allocated Orientation Event. Please make sure you RSVP!
