Students should be aware of the Programme Requirements before applying.

After you complete the nomination, your students will receive an email containing their account username and a link to activate it.

Students can take classes from two curricula:

• Academic curriculum
• International Curriculum

Students should be aware of the differences of the calendars.

Erasmus+ students can select only ONE course from the International Curriculum.

The activities listed below can only be selected during enrolment (optional):

• Pre-session intensive & semester Italian language courses
• Study abroad impact lab
• Internship
• Service-learning opportunities

 

Fall semester: April 15
Spring semester: November 15

NON-EU Students must apply for a STUDY VISA to study and live in Italy.

The Codice Fiscale, or Fiscal Code, is a unique identification code for each individual person issued by the Italian Tax Authority (Agenzia delle Entrate) and is mandatory for many official documents, housing private contracts, online purchases and money transfers. 
 

Advise your students to apply for it at the Italian Embassy or Consulate Office in their home country prior to their departure 

The timeline for making housing arrangements via MIL Service has changed. Advise your students to get started on their housing application through our housing provider MIL Service after the nomination deadline and not to wait until the end of the application process. MIL Service will assign beds on a first-come first-served basis. 

Once enrolled students will receive emails regarding:

• Welcome to Cattolica with pre-arrival info (May/November)
• International Curriculum Online registration (June-July/December)
• Orientation event registration (July/January)
