Nomination and application process

First step – Acknowledgement

Once nominated by your home institution, you will receive an email with a link to complete the Cattolica Online Application.

  
The following documents are required:

  • One passport-size photos (3x4cm)
  • ID document/Passport (scanned copy)
  • Most recent Transcripts of Records obtained in your current year of study.
  • Italian Language Proficiency Report completed from you and from your language instructor
  • English proficiency certificate

Second step – Acceptance

Upon receipt of your application and the enclosed additional required documents, Cattolica International will process the documentation. You will receive an e-mail when formally admitted to the university. Should some documents be missing, you will be informed through a follow-up e-mail asking to provide more information. Additionally, Non-EU Students will also be able to view in their Self Service Centre a letter of acceptance / invitation for visa application procedures.

Third step – Information

Admitted students will start receiving information regarding their stay at Cattolica via e-mail within one month upon submission of their application.

Fourth step – Course Registration

Your learning agreement or course request list is your first indication of what you intend to study at Cattolica. However, you will be able to change your course selection either before or after your arrival on campus.

For the courses of the International Curriculum you will receive all the information related to your course schedule and registration instructions before the beginning of classes. 

For the University Academic Curriculum you will receive instructions on how to register to the courses at the Orientation Event and in specific info sessions organized from Cattolica International.
