Dissertation (20 ECTS credits) The subject of the dissertation will be decided together by UCSC professors, ULS professors and the ULS student. The viva will take place at ULS.

Language support

Studying in a country with a different culture and language can be a very daunting experience. The Italian Language & Culture Course is designed especially to help students take their first steps and build their knowledge of the Italian language and environment, giving them the necessary tools to better communicate with locals and deal with everyday situations. The students’ learning journey will be guided by a team of qualified and experienced nativespeakinginstructors who know the

situations you are likely to encounter and will point you in the right direction.

Italian Language & Culture Course

  • Intensive (50 units - 5 ECTS) is held before the beginning of each semester
  • Semester (40 units - 3 ECTS) runs throughout the semester and in conjunction with other academic coursework

Both the Intensive and the Semester course are included in the program.
