Please find here all the most relevant details: 

• This Competition is exclusively open to NON-EU applicants living outside of Italy.
• Students with a Non-European citizenship who either have a second European nationality or are already residing in Italy (with a Permit of Stay) cannot apply for this transferring procedure.
• We are offering 1 seat for transferring to the Second Year of our Programme in 2023-2024.
• The deadline to finalize and submit your application is July 24, 2023 at 12.00 (UTC+2). Any application or payment finalized beyond this deadline will not be accepted.

All the information and documents provided with your application will then be evaluated by our Faculty. Our Professors will check all the material and verify the compatibility of your prior studies with our Course Plan.

Please note: the assessment in question will happen over the course of the summer season (July – August). Because of this, we kindly ask you for your continued cooperation, as we patiently wait for the outcome of the academic evaluation to be shared with our students in September.

Starting from September 15 you will receive official feedback from our Professors on whether you are eligible to take the online Medicine and Surgery Entrance Exam for transferring students. 
The score that you obtain in the Entrance Exam will then determine whether you can enrol in the second year of our Programme.

The Entrance Exam will be held online and is currently expected to follow this schedule:

• September 21, 2023: Written test
• September 26, 2023: Interview
• September 29, 2023: Exam results

If you are interested in applying, please follow these instructions:

1. The first thing you should do is check the “Allegato A” section of the Competition Call, linked above. 
   Although the document as a whole is only available in Italian, the “Allegato A” section is in English and includes a comprehensive list of concepts and topics that are taught in our Programme. 
   As such, it provides a reliable point of reference to understand whether the studies that you have undertaken up to this point may or may not be eligible for a transfer.
    
2. Submit your application by clicking on the corresponding option in the sidebar (“Access the online application portal”) and then follow all the on-screen instructions.
    
3. Fill out the application form and upload all the required documents, most importantly:
   • An official transcript issued by your current University, certifying the exams that you have taken
   • A document which should include all the “Syllabi” (the course content) for each of the courses attended and exams taken.
4. At the end of the application procedure, pay the application fee amounting to €250. Please note that, in all cases where the payment is not finalized properly by the respective deadline, the application will be considered incomplete.
