- A request for a refund will be considered as a withdrawal from the master for the academic
year of admission. - Deferral requests will not be accepted. If you wish to be considered for another academic year, you will have to submit a new application.
Refundable amount:
A refund for administrative fees of € 400* will be subtracted from the amount that has been paid.
You can request for it if:
You have reserved a place in one of our master programmes for the academic year 2025/26, by paying the first instalment of the tuition fees and if any of the following circumstances occur:
- in the case of death of a close family member (parent, sibling, spouse or child).
- You were “conditionally accepted” and you do not meet the academic conditions set for admission.
Refund requests submitted following one of the events listed above will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by a dedicated commission. All refund requests will need to be formally submitted with supporting evidence.
Under no circumstance will a refund be granted if: you have formally enrolled and started the programme.
