Add / Drop

If you pre-selected International Curriculum courses during the application phase, you still have the chance to change courses if you want to. Please read about the process to be able to change your courses below. On this page you will discover: how to book a meeting; information and tips for add/drop and waiting lists; how to complete the add/drop form; detailed guidance on the steps to book an add/drop meeting, and finally, information about withdrawing from courses during the semester. Please take a few minutes to read each section of this page. 
1st week of Add/Drop 


Step 1.
Enter the Book a meeting for Add/Drop week 1 link. Link is active from 14:30 on Thursday 22 February until Sunday 25 February at 23:59 CET. You will select a day and time to have the meeting. For detailed guidance, read ‘How to Reserve an Add/Drop meeting’ below.

Step 2.
Download and complete the PDF Add/ Drop form, and write the courses you wish to Add and/or Drop. Read the section ‘How to complete the Add/Drop PDF form’ below. Before your meeting, send the form to Olivia @: international.advisor@unicatt.it with the email subject and document name as your LASTNAME_NAME

Step 3.
You will receive an email in your iCatt email account containing the Microsoft TEAMS invitation for the date and time you selected (check your spam!). On the day and time of the meeting, enter the video call.
 
 

2nd week of Add/Drop

Step 1.
Enter the Book a meeting for Add/Drop week 2 link. Link is active from 14:30 on Thursday 29 February until Sunday 3 March at 23:59 CET. You will select a day and time to have the meeting. For detailed guidance, read ‘How to Reserve an Add/Drop meeting’ below.

Step 2.
Download and complete the PDF Add/Drop form, and write the courses you wish to Add and/or Drop. Read the section ‘How to complete the Add/Drop PDF form’ below. Before your meeting, send the form to Olivia @: international.advisor@unicatt.it with the email subject and document name as your LASTNAME_NAME

Step 3.
You will receive an email in your iCatt email account containing the Microsoft TEAMS invitation for the date and time you selected (check your spam!). On the day and time of the meeting, enter the video call. 
 

  • You will be required to select a 15-minute time slot. Online meeting slots will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. 
     
  • You will receive an online Microsoft TEAMS invitation link in your iCatt email account from international.advisor@unicatt.it with the time and day of your meeting that you selected. CHECK YOUR SPAM BOX if the email doesn’t arrive.
     
  • In the meeting we will check if the courses you want to ADD still have spaces; if YES then you will be added. If NOT, you can join the waiting list or select a different course, as you prefer. Please use your computer during the meeting so you can read course syllabi easily.
     
  • Make sure that the schedule for each one of your course selections does not conflict with another.
     
  • Courses have a limited number of spaces and may be competitive. Places are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Come to your meeting with back-up choices in case your desired course/s are full.
     
  • Verify your course choices with your home advisor first!
     
  • Go to the classes you’re registered for even if you plan to drop them. You might change your mind and want to keep that course! You also have the second week to modify your schedule. 
     
  • Waiting Lists for full classes will be created. If you say during the ADD/DROP meetings that you wish to join the waiting list for a class, you will be added to a course if someone drops the course and a space becomes available. 
Please list any courses you wish to DROP in part A of the form, and any courses you want to ADD in part B of the form.  
If you only want to DROP courses and you don’t wish to ADD any courses, please only complete part A and leave part B blank. In this case, please save the form as your SURNAME_NAME_DROP and send the form to international.advisor@unicatt.it and you will be dropped from the course/s listed without a meeting


If you only want to ADD courses and you don’t wish to DROP any courses, please complete part B and leave part A blank. You should proceed in reserving a Microsoft TEAMS appointment for Add/Drop, and you will be sent the link. Please save the completed form as your SURNAME_NAME and email it to the address above.

If you want to ADD and DROP, please complete both parts of the form. You will not be dropped from the indicated courses until the Microsoft TEAMS meeting where you will discuss your course modifications with the International Advisor. Please save the completed form as your SURNAME_NAME and email it to the address above, and ensure you reserve a Microsoft TEAMS appointment for Add/Drop.

Online meeting reservations can be completed once.   


STEP 1. 
Click on the "Book a meeting for Add/Drop week 1“ meetings link. (For week 2, click on “Book a meeting for Add/Drop week 2“)

STEP 2. 
Enter your Cattolica account credentials.

STEP 3. 
Once in the system, click on " Book a meeting for Add/Drop week 1"

STEP 4. 
Select a day/time for your 15 minute online Add/Drop meeting. If the selection appears light grey it means the slot is already taken and can no longer be selected.

STEP 5. 
Click on "Salva" (Save).

STEP 6.
IMPORTANT: Click on "Stampa Ricevuta" (Print the confirmation of your selected options) to confirm your choices.

STEP 7. 
Save the "Ricevuta scelte effettuate/Confirmation of selected options" on your computer or device. You will receive a TEAMS invite for the day/time you selected.
