General Information and Conditions of Enrolment
In order to proceed you must accept the conditions by flagging the “I expressly agree” box.
Payment procedures
Accept the conditions of enrolment and follow the instructions, as is written on the application portal. Payment might take from 5 to 7 days to be processed by the system and admission letters will not be produced until this happens (please bear this in mind for VISA requests).
IMPORTANT:
If you are paying from a non-EU country via the Flywire platform, please note:
- You will not receive immediate confirmation on the Flywire platform. Wait for a notification from Flywire confirming your payment has been processed correctly.
- Depending on the payment method selected via the Flywire platform, payment processing can take several days. Once your payment is received by Flywire, it may take another few days for your application status to be updated in the Cattolica application system. On average a payment to be delivered and registered at Cattolica can take 5–7 days. Admission letters will only be issued after payment is delivered by Flywire and registered in the Cattolica system, so plan accordingly for visa applications.
- Do not attempt to make another payment unless you have received notification from Flywire that your initial payment attempt failed.
- Only start 1 payment until you have received notification from Flywire. Do not start multiple payments at the same time.
- In case of duplicate payments, Cattolica will apply a €30 processing fee to the refund amount. Therefore, a refund for duplicate payment of €125 will be €95.
