Nomination procedure for Partner Universities If you have already registered as a contact person from a Partner university: Proceed to the STEPS below. If you have not yet registered as a contact person from a Partner university: Access this link and complete the registration of one of your staff members* responsible for outbound mobility. Once your staff account registration is confirmed by Cattolica, the registered staff member will receive an email. The registered staff member will be asked to ACTIVATE the account and select a personal password. STEP 6 Click on the NEW button STEP 7 The system will ask you to insert the following information: Campus: select the desired Cattolica campus Academic year : select the corresponding academic year as the example shows. Mobility period : select the study period Programme type : select the corresponding programme type as required. Clinical Electives programme (free-movers) Call for the Fall period now open Università Cattolica’s Medical School in Rome offers customized clinical electives to international students (free movers) who are currently enrolled in a medical degree. Please check with your home university if there is an existing agreement with Università Cattolica’s Medical School in Rome, and bear in mind that if there is, you will have to be nominated by your home institution to take part in the clinical rotation as an exchange student. Requests for any type of internship at the Policlinico Gemelli Hospital are not managed by our International Office of Università Cattolica. Cattolica requires a placement fee of 500 to be paid by all students (EU and Internationals) who are admitted onto the Clinical Electives programme. Additional rules Students who arrange clinical electives directly with clinicians, outside of our clinical electives programme, should note that they will not be registered at Università Cattolica. Clinicians who wish to accept elective students through Università Cattolica Clinical Electives Programme may join our ‘Supervisory List’ at any time by contacting us via email at ucsc.international-rm@unicatt.it .
