The Executive Master in AI-Driven Business Models (AIDBM) is designed to equip executives and professionals with the strategic, managerial, and organizational capabilities required to lead AI-driven transformation in contemporary organizations.

The programme is delivered primarily on campus, with the possibility to attend online, allowing participants based in different geographical areas to fully engage with all teaching activities. This dual delivery mode ensures both academic rigour and flexibility, while preserving interaction with faculty, peers, and business practitioners.

AIDBM combines a strong strategic perspective with applied learning, addressing artificial intelligence not as a purely technological tool, but as a driver of business model innovation, organizational change, and competitive advantage.

Developed in collaboration with Microsoft I.A. L.A.B., IBM, AIDBM is an Executive Master’s degree that uniquely focuses on the impact of AI on business models and organizational transformation. It has been the first program of its kind in Europe designed by a Management School to address how AI is fundamentally changing strategy, operations, marketing, HR, and decision-making across industries.
