Psychology of Well-Being for Person and Organisation is a two-year MSc degree taught in English in Milan. It prepares students to design, deliver, and evaluate psychological interventions that support wellbeing, empowerment, health promotion, prevention, and rehabilitation. You will study wellbeing from different perspectives, including psychology, neuroscience, positive technology, and organisational psychology. The programme combines scientific methods with professional training and practical experience. 

 

Applications will open in Autumn 2026 for the 2027/2028 academic year.

 

 

What makes this programme unique?
 

Wellbeing beyond the individual
You will explore how wellbeing is influenced by personal, social, technological and organisational factors. This prepares you to work with individuals, groups, organisations and communities. 

Psychology, neuroscience and positive technology
The programme combines psychological approaches with neuroscience and positive technology to understand and support wellbeing. You will explore how technology can be used responsibly in psychological interventions and in the development of personal resources. 

From prevention to empowerment and rehabilitation
You will develop skills to design and evaluate interventions for health promotion, prevention of psychological difficulties, empowerment and the rehabilitation of cognitive, emotional, communication and social functions. 

Wellbeing in organisations
The programme also applies psychology to the workplace. You will study organisational wellbeing, HR management, and how psychological knowledge can support people and organisations in areas such as development, learning, and the prevention of burnout. 

Research and professional practice
You will learn how to use psychological research and assessment methods and apply your knowledge through specialist modules with labs, professional training activities and a 14-ECTS internship.
