The following information outlines the procedure for international students.
Who qualifies as an international student?
At Università Cattolica, regardless of your citizenship, you're considered an international student/applicant if you:
- Hold a non-Italian high-school diploma, or
- Are about to complete a non-Italian high-school diploma.
Who qualifies as a domestic student?
You are not considered an international student/applicant if:
- You hold or are about to complete an Italian high school diploma.
- You studied at European Schools or Accredited European Schools
- You attended a German high school in Italy and are completing both the Esame di Stato and the Abitur.
Domestic students must follow the domestic application procedure.
Important note on application fees
Make sure you select the correct application procedure – international or domestic. The application fee is non-refundable, even if you apply through the wrong procedure.
