Course details

The Executive MIB programme includes twelve core courses divided into five main areas :

Management Area (30 ECTS)

  • Economic and financial analysis
  • International banking
  • International brand management
  • International business strategy and entrepreneurship
  • International finance
  • International marketing
  • International people management

Economics Area (8 ECTS)

  • Industrial economics
  • International economics

Quantitative Area (6 ECTS)

  • Global supply chain management

Legal Area (4 ECTS)

  • Legal system and international contract law

Cross-Disciplinary Area

  • Social skills and emotional intelligence
The Executive MIB is a part-time, flexible online programme worth up to 70 ECTS , recognized as a Level 7 Specialising Master under the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) .

It combines:

  • Independent study with video tutorials and online materials
  • Weekly live webinars for real-time interaction with professors and classmates
  • Interactive assignments and case discussions

You must attend at least 80% of classes and earn 60 ECTS credits to graduate.

The programme is designed for professionals from different academic and work backgrounds.

All students will have access to introductory materials covering the basics of the 12 subjects before starting.

What is the Final Project?

At the end of the programme, you’ll complete a Project Work .

This lets you apply what you've learned to a real-world challenge that fits your career goals.

Each project is guided by a mentor.

You can choose from:

1. Consulting Project

Work directly with national or international companies. Help them improve performance or make strategic changes. Examples:

  • Launch a new product in international markets
  • Develop a market entry plan
  • Create a global diversity strategy
  • Reposition a startup or design a mobile service for B2B clients

2. Research Project

Explore a specific business topic in depth and write a thesis.

Ideal for students aiming to specialize or pursue academic interests.

3. Business Plan

Create a business plan for your own startup or venture idea.

Analyze its feasibility and connect your entrepreneurial goals with real-world practice.

This Master prepares students for many types of international careers.

You can work in:

  • Large multinational companies: Apply the acquired management skills in international contexts

  • Consulting firms: Work on projects that help global companies grow and manage international branches.

  • Small and medium businesses (SMEs): Take roles such as Export Manager or Business Development Manager, helping companies enter new international markets.

  • Government agencies and NGOs: Understand how global policies affect business and work in international public or non-profit roles.

Typical job titles include: Business Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Financial Manager, Business Analyst, Logistics Manager, Management Consultant, Import-Export Specialist, and Entrepreneur.

  • Pre-courses start: mid-December, 2026 (optional)

  • Official programme start: January 2027
