Core courses
In line with the new tools and trends that are currently emerging in this new and unprecedented working scenario, the programme has been designed in order to flexibly combine independent self-study and live webinars.
We have designed preparatory courses conceived to allow participants coming from different academic backgrounds and professional experiences to better follow all the educational activities of the Master.
In particular, participants will have independent access to materials aiming at introducing the basic key concepts of the twelve courses of the whole programme.
Subsequently, each of the twelve core courses of the programme will be organised in order to allow for both independent study work and interactive group sessions. In this frame, the theoretical portion of each course will be made available to participants in the form of recorded lectures to be viewed and studied independently, covering the fundamental notions of the course content.
At the same time, live webinars will be scheduled for each course on a weekly basis to give participants the chance to interact with each other and with the professor, to discuss together the theoretical framework, share ideas and thoughts on its practical implementations, clear possible doubts and work on assignments and case studies.
In order to obtain the degree participants must attend at least 80% of classes and obtain a minimum of 60 CFU.
Final project
Participants are free to tailor their project to meet their future professional needs.
The choice of project type may include:
Consulting Project
Consulting project is an excellent opportunity to put into practice the range of skills and knowledge you have acquired throughout the programme. It also provides an invaluable opportunity to extend your consulting experience and to collaborate directly with both national and international organizations.
The focus of the consulting project should be on performance improvement and involve strategic management issues and/or organizational changes, preferably with an international approach.
- Launching a new product on international markets
- Developing an existing product in new markets on an international scale
- Conducting a global survey on gender diversity with recommendations
- Re-positioning a start-up, revising of the business plan, identifying access to capital
- Developing a comprehensive mobile offering for B2B clients worldwide
- Exploring alternatives to current organizational structure in investment banking
Research Project
If you want to deepen your knowledge in one particular field, you can opt for a research-based project, leading to a MIB thesis. The subject should be in line with your career objectives and can focus on any technical or fundamental topic in business, management, leadership or finance.
Business Plan
The MIB Executive programme boosts entrepreneurial spirit and assists participants interested in setting up their own business. This project allows you to link your passions and ideas with the business world. The aim of entrepreneurial projects, such as drawing up a business plan, start-up or buyout, must be to evaluate the economic feasibility of a new business idea. It can be worked on individually or within a team.
