Project Work

The Project Work is a key part of the MIB Executive programme. It lets you apply what you’ve learned and work on a real business problem or idea. Each student is guided by a faculty supervisor.

You can choose one of three types of projects:

  1. Consulting Project

Work with a real company to improve performance, strategy, or structure—ideally with an international focus.
Examples:

  • Launching a product in new global markets
  • Revising a business plan for a start-up
  • Reorganizing a company in investment banking

  1. Research Project

Write a thesis on a business or management topic that fits your career goals. You will research deeply in one area and work under faculty supervision.

  1. Business Plan

Develop your own business idea. Create a start-up plan or assess the value of a new business. You can work alone or in a team.

More than 20 professors and researchers teach in the MIB Master. They come from different countries and backgrounds, helping students understand global business from many perspectives.

The teaching team includes both permanent professors and visiting lecturers. Many of them also work with companies through consulting and executive training.

Business professionals often join classes as guest speakers. This helps students connect theory with real-world business practice.
