The Linguistic Computing programme is a two-year Master of Science taught entirely in English. You will study how computers process and analyse human language, learning the theories and methods behind Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computational Linguistics and generative Artificial Intelligence (AI). Through a mix of lectures, labs, and projects, you’ll gain hands-on experience with language data and computational tools

  • Natural language Processing: Learn algorithms and methods for for automatic textual analysis. 
  • Artificial Intelligence: Learn how Large Language Models (LLMs) work and can be used 
  • Data management: Develop workflows to organise, annotate, publish, and query large linguistic datasets. 
  • Digital communication: Explore how NLP powers marketing, user experience, and automated content creation.
