This course is designed to expand the knowledge of students with some background in Viticulture & Enology, focusing on new technologies and practices that improve sustainability in the Wine Value Chain.

he course is taught entirely in English, allowing for an international and culturally diverse learning experience. For their final thesis, students will conduct an experimental project and work within a research group at the Faculty, contributing to a specific project.

The programme also has strong connections with various partners, such as cooperatives, wineries, and wine companies. These partnerships can lead to extra internships and potential job opportunities after graduation.
