More in general, any job which can fit into the whole value chain (grape production, vinification, bottling, storage, marketing, logistics, consumers’ perception).

The programme in Sustainable Viticulture and Enology offers its students the possibility of obtaining a double qualification at the conclusion of their study path: the MSc degree in Sustainable Viticulture and Enology (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and the MSc in Vine, Wine and Terroir Management (Vintage) (ESA Angers, France).


It also gives the opportunity to enhance their international experience through an exchange semester at: 

  • University of Adelaide (Australia) 
  • ESA (Angers, France) 
  • University of Geisenheim (Germany)

The programme offers the following pre-courses:

  • Fundamentals of viticulture
  • Fundamentals of enology
  • Grape pests and diseases.

They are included in the programme and no fees or registration are required.
