- Select the Campus: Milan, Brescia, Piacenza, Cremona, Rome
- Confirm the Academic Year
- Start your application by clicking APPLY/ISCRIVITI on the white card IBOUND MOBILITY PROGRAMME.
- Select the period during which you wish to study at Cattolica
On the right top of the page you can select the language you prefer (English or Italian)
On the Data privacy section, click on INBOUND MOBILITY PROGRAMME and read the conditions to provide consent.
A Progress tracker will guide you through your application.
Applicant's personal data
Press on CONTINUE button to proceed to the next page where you must enter information on Qualification.
Click on Add to enter your current qualification. IMPORTANT: Students who have previously attended or who are currently enrolled in a non-Italian institution must select "International Bachelor's degree".
Press on CONTINUE button to proceed to the next page.
Application attachments
Required documents:
- Passport sized photo to be used on your Cattolica Student Card. Photo must be a head shot, not a group photo.
- Identity document. Non-EU students must upload a scan of their Passport. EU students who use their ID cards must send a scan of the FRONT and BACK.
- Special needs form. Please note: the Special Needs form must be completed, even if you believe it is not applicable to you. If you require academic accommodations (e.g extra time in exams) please also provide a medical assessment.
- Transcript of records of the courses you have already completed at your home university.
Optional documents:
- Permit of stay
- Fiscal Code
- Language Proficiency for Italian: compulsory if you are planning on taking courses in Italian at Cattolica.
- Language proficiency for English: if English is not your first language, or not the primary language of instruction at your current home university, you must provide evidence of B1+ or equivalent English language proficiency or above.
Course selection
Read the instructions carefully at the beginning of each page! The course selection depends on which campus you will be attending.
Before selecting courses at Cattolica, please consult your home university advisors to make sure they will be accepted when you return.
The following FOUR pages are dedicated to course selection. Different types of courses are available to select on each page. Please read ALL 4 PAGES and read the instructions on the page carefully.
Page 1. Cattolica International Curriculum (Milan campus ONLY).
To select courses from the Cattolica International Curriculum
- Click the yellow “UPLOAD” button (with a plus sign) on the top right
- Type the course code and then click on SEARCH. You can also insert the Language.
- If you don’t know the course code, you can leave all the fields empty and click SEARCH.
- When the list of courses appears, if you click on the magnifying glass at the top right of the page you can type the title of the course or at least one keyword.
- Check the white box at the left of the Course code to select and then click save.
Click ‘Continue’ to select courses from the other 3 pages for Course Selection.
If you do not intend to take International Curriculum courses, you can skip this page by clicking on Continue at bottom right.
Page 2. Italian language course (Milan campus ONLY).
If you wish to take Italian Language Courses, you must select the course(s) at this stage. If you do not wish to take Italian Language Courses, press Continue at bottom right.
NOTE: If it is your intention to take this course you MUST select it now. Once the application is closed you will not be able to modify your choice.
Page 3. Experiential Learning opportunities (Milan campus ONLY).
You can select the different options here. If you do not wish to take Experiential Learning opportunities, press Continue at bottom right.

Page 4. Cattolica Academic Curriculum.
You can select courses from this curriculum after checking the academic offer from this curriculum by reading the section on section Courses and Programme dates.
For Academic Curriculum courses, find the courses available using the ECTS catalogue. To add courses from the Academic Curriculum, in the application portal see below:
- Click the yellow “UPLOAD” button (with a plus sign)
- Type the course code and then click on SEARCH. You can also insert the Language.
- If you don’t know the course code, you can leave all the fields empty and click SEARCH.
- If you click on the magnifying glass at the top right of the page you can type the title of the course or at least one keyword.
- Check the white box at the left of the Course code to select and then click save.
Click ‘continue’.
Once you have added all your courses and clicked on continue, the system will show you the full list of your selected courses.
IMPORTANT: any changes to your course selection must be made before proceeding.
YOU CAN NOT GO BACK AND CHANGE YOUR SELECTION ONCE YOU PRESS CONTINUE.
Conditions of Enrolment
In order to proceed you must accept them by ticking the box “I expressly agree”.
Payment procedures
Accept the conditions of enrolment and click on FLYWIRE, then follow the instructions, as is written on the application portal.
Post Enrolment
If the international staff asks you for further documents you will have to re-enter the enrolment portal to upload them. When you log in, click on the document icon in the white box on the left.
Once the enrolment is finalized, you will receive an email inviting you to re-enter the Enrolment Portal and download your Admission Letters.
