The card will carry an IBAN number, although there is no obligation to open an account. When activated, your card can be used like any other bank card: With no additional charges, it can be used for small contactless payments, e.g., to recharge your phone credit, and pay tuition and university fees. It also allows you to receive refunds due for tuition and university fees, and payment of study grants and Erasmus grants. How to activate your Carta Ateneo+ as a pre-paid bank card: If you entered an Italian address while submitting your application, the Ateneo+ card will be delivered to the said address. Students residing abroad will be required to schedule an appointment to pick up their card from the international office of each campus, further details will be provided via email. For non-EU citizens, as an alternative: admission letter (available in your Self Service Center). The activation of the pre-paid card is not mandatory, but we recommend it to ensure a smooth payment of the tuition and university fees.

Academic year Invoicing: Payment due to applicant / Pagamento studente Sending Instructions for Completing the Application to Students: When : From mid-March, students will receive information to complete their online application. The next day, they will receive detailed instructions from international.advisordd@unicatt.it on how to complete the application. Payment of the first installment/deposit: Once the application is completed, students receive an email with instructions to complete the payment of the first installment/deposit (if indicated in the financial agreement signed between Cattolica and your institution). Visa Application: Cattolica validates the pre-enrollment on Universitaly, and the students receive a confirmation so that they can start the visa application process.

Life in Milan This page is dedicated to incoming exchange/study abroad students who are arriving to Cattolica’s Milan campus. A basic fare ticket that can be purchased for 2.20, to be used on all forms of public transport in the city (Metro, bus, tram) includes zones Mi1-Mi3. In order to sign up for the monthly card you can go to an ATM office in person or apply online if you have the official Fiscal Code (not the automated one given by Cattolica). Go to the ATM point to make an appointment if you are unable to book it on the app. Once you have got the card you can top up the card at the machines, at the ATM point office or at the newpaper kiosk in the station.
