FAQs

When will my application be evaluated?
Your application will be evaluated within 4-6 weeks after the round deadline.

What happens if I am placed on the waiting list?
If you are on the waiting list, you will get your final feedback by the end of July 2026.

When will I receive feedback?
Feedback is available from mid-January 2026 and up to 4-6 weeks after each deadline.

Which application round should I choose if I need a student visa?
You should apply by Round 4 at the latest. This is the final round for non-EU students who need a visa. We recommend applying earlier (Rounds 1–3), due to visa lengthy procedures.

Can I apply after Round 4 if I don’t need a visa?
Yes. If you are an EU citizen or a non-EU student already living in Italy, you may apply in Round 5.

What happens if I miss all the deadlines?
If all rounds are closed or places are full, you will not be able to apply for this academic year. We recommend starting your application early to avoid this.
