The cost includes Wi-Fi internet, utilities. 

Check-in date: the Sunday before the starting of the courses (from 2 pm)
Check-out date: the Saturday after the end of the courses/internship (by 10 am)
NB. Students aged 26 and older are asked to pay the city tax (€4 per day) directly to the hotel. 

Should students wish to arrive before the check-in date or extend their stay beyond the official check-out date, they will be responsible for finding alternative housing solutions independently. It will not be possible to accommodate any special move-in or move-out requests.
Students will need to reach the accommodation autonomously. Directions and how-to-get-there information will be sent before arrival.
