The following timeline refers to AY 2024-2025. You can use the information provided below as a reference for future academic years. 

Applications will be evaluated only if all required documents have been provided upon submission and if the application fee has been paid.

Feedback for completed applications will be available within 4-6 weeks after the round deadline. 
Outstanding candidates may receive early feedback.

Note: Some local Italian Consulates/Embassies can be stricter than others regarding the deadline of the pre-enrolment process. We therefore strongly advise non-EU students residing abroad who need a study visa to submit their application as soon as possible and to verify the dates of the pre-enrolment with their local Italian Consulate/Embassy.
 

1st – 2nd – 3rd assessment round: 
Priority consideration deadlines. 
If you want to be considered for scholarships, you are advised to apply by this deadline as most of the scholarships will be assigned within this first round.

4th assessment round: 
Some scholarships may still be available, but very limited. Recommended deadline for non-Eu citizens applying for a study visa.

5th assessment round: 
Final deadline, no scholarships will be available. 
Considering the limited places available and the strong competition for this programme, places on the courses might run out before this deadline. 
Therefore, we strongly recommend submitting your application by the priority consideration deadline above.
