Once you have activated your account login, enter the student enrolment portal . General Information and Conditions of Enrolment Make sure to read carefully the conditions of enrolment. Accept the conditions of enrolment and click on FLYWIRE , then follow the instructions, as is written on the application portal. Post enrolment The Cattolica International Staff will evaluate your application and will contact you via email if further information is needed. If the international staff asks you for further documents, you should re-enter the enrolment portal to upload them. Once the enrolment is finalised, you will receive an email inviting you to re-enter the Enrolment Portal and download your Admission Letters.

We highly recommend that you verify any specific application requirements for Exchange and Mobility Programme students as set out by the Italian Embassy or Consulate in your home country in your jurisdiction by visiting the Embassy/Consulate website or by contacting the consular office directly. Follow the steps described in the guide: English guide - Italian guide Once completed, Cattolica International will check and validate your pre-enrolment application, which will then be made accessible to the Italian Embassy/Consulate for the jurisdiction you selected. You will receive a notification from Universitaly, instructing you to download and print the validated pre-enrolment application. You must provide a copy of the validated pre-enrolment application to the consular office with the admission letter to support your visa application.

During your stay This page is dedicated to international students arriving to Cattolica’s Milan campus for our short programs (Summer or Winter). The Campus: Map Università Cattolica has various buildings in the city centre of Milan. Remember that the iCatt app has a map functionality which shows you how to reach your allocated buildings! On the main campus, Largo Gemelli there is a bank, bar, cafeteria, book store, library and medical centre, and more. It is a necessary document to keep with you when you come to the University, as a means to identify yourself as a Cattolica student, as well as to utilise the services on campus. The University Cafeterias (mensa) Via Necchi 9 In this mensa you can enjoy a full lunch, a light lunch and even visit the pizza counter, where large slices of pizza and French fries are available for your enjoyment. Transcript of records Students attending our short programs at Cattolica are provided with instructions on how to confirm the end of their studies at Cattolica and ‘close their career’ on their iCatt page. Once Cattolica receives this confirmation, an official PDF version of the e-transcript will be sent to each partner University Coordinator at the end of the semester.
Health and Safety Planning your arrival Cattolica suggests you to monitor the dedicated page on the Italian Ministry of Health website for updates regarding travel to Italy. Be sure to check your Government / Embassy guidance on travelling to Italy prior to your departure. On campus / In Rome: As an enrolled student at Cattolica, you are by default enrolled in a medical and health insurance ( AXA Partners Italia ). This is an additional health insurance and personal liability coverage that is complementary to your home university international health coverage we recommend you to enrol in prior to your arrival in Italy. The AXA Partners Italia coverage is only activated for the exact duration of your programme at Cattolica , it does not cover any travel dates to Italy before the start of the programme, or any travel that you may do after the end of your programme. Phase 3: School/Faculty & Programme Updates
Since Cremona is a new venue, the timetabling of lecture rooms is not yet confirmed, but the aim of the Faculty is to guarantee classes in lecture halls for all students without using rotas. Dual mode exam sessions will also be possible, with some students attending on campus with the lecturers and other students connected by video link. Pre-sessional courses and remedial courses ('OFA’ courses) Pre-sessional courses and remedial courses will be offered in lecture rooms with live streaming. Classes delivered via dual mode allow for limited numbers of students to be physically present in the lecture room, in line with current regulations on social distancing, and for the classes/practical sessions to be live-streamed. Faculty of Medicine and Surgery - Pharmacy The class calendars for the undergraduate programmes in the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery have been scheduled for teaching with students being physically present on campus with all preventive measures being taken in accordance with government guidelines. Details are as follows: For first-year students and for students on years involving practical internships (Professional Trainings for fourth, fifth and sixth year) in healthcare situations, all classes of the programme can be attended physically present on campus with suitable social distancing. Classes held in the microscope laboratory All students taking classes for professionalising experience undertaken in laboratories will be guaranteed the possibility of being physically present, and may be divided into smaller groups so that social distancing can be practised and classes will be more productive.
